Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Practice Plans, operated by IJS Edge (“we,” “us”), collects when you use plan.ijsedge.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
1Information we collect
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, your display name if you provide one, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Content you create. The practice plans and related content you make, including their visibility settings and any plans you copy, star, or publish.
- Billing information. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep limited billing metadata such as your subscription status, plan, and renewal date.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically process basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs, to deliver the Service and keep it secure.
2How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account;
- to save, display, and share your plans according to the visibility you choose;
- to process memberships, renewals, and cancellations;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms; and
- to respond to your requests and send account-related messages.
3Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Service. We do not use advertising, marketing, or analytics cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts. Because our cookies are essential to the features you ask for, they do not require a consent banner, but we describe them here so you know what they do:
- Session cookie. When you sign in, we set a secure, http-only cookie that keeps you logged in. It is required for authenticated features and is removed when you sign out or it expires.
- Admin cookie. A cookie used only by administrators to access management features. It is not set for ordinary visitors.
- Payment cookies. When you go through checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies on Stripe’s pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, not ours.
You can browse and open shared plan links without an account, and doing so does not require these cookies. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent controls the law requires.
4How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Service under our instructions, including Stripe for payment processing and our hosting and database provider for storing and serving the Service.
- Other users, by your choice. When you mark a plan public or unlisted, its content becomes visible to others as described in our Terms. This is controlled entirely by the visibility setting you pick.
- Legal and safety. When we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5Data retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete a plan, we remove it from the Service, though copies that other users already made of a plan you shared remain theirs. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep limited records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.
6Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your account details at any time, cancel your membership from the membership page, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@ijsedge.com.
7Children
The Service is intended for people 13 and older. A parent or guardian may hold and manage an account on behalf of a younger skater. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to issues.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
